Do All Pets Go to Heaven?

Recommended Posts

I had a hamster when I was 8. He was a mean ole cuss and had dreads!! I swear he had fangs 3 feet long and would strike with laser precision. One night he went for my juglar vein I think.

I still remember those nights he would escape from his habitrail cage and go into my mother's room. Being woke up at 3 am to go get your hamster is no walk in the park for any 8 yr old. Especially if your hamster looked like the monster from the movie Predator and could bite you 10 times within a blink of an eye.

I still remember that morning.... I was 11 I think and Squeak was in the same spot he was in all week. I grabbed a pencil and poked him and he was..... was gone.

God if squeak is with you please send me to hell, I can still hear him squeaking and clawing at night..

Dogs chasing cats, cats chasing salamanders and hamsters, frogs chasing icky spiders, I dunno. It doesn't sound like Heaven to me, especially when you're at the bottom of the food chain.

I had to read this thread after losing a family pet of 10 years a 74 lb ( appox) lab mix. Then got a new puppy a weekago this Monday only to have that pup die this past Monday morning from parvo.

I hope they are both in heaven. I hope that I can one day see them again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed anyway.

The bible talks about people heaven, not animal heaven.

I think it will be one big circular daisy chain, where the food chain chases each other into eternity. Of course the turtles and slugs will have their own section, so they don't get stomped on.

Actually the bible says that there will be a paradise on earth, and that the rightous will be ressurected to live in this paradise on earth. And it does say that all the little animals will get along at that point.
