So you wouldn't have a case there. If you live in an "at will" state, that means your employer can hire you and fire you AT WILL, with no reason. Doesn't mean you can't try to sue, but let's be honest - you BOUGHT this ticket and you're taking your ride now. Don't like the results? Take it out on the wife, who did NOTHING to you. This is quoted from your post on how to hint at your MM that you need him to help pay for your mortgage. Sure, but what else would children be used for? Women have children every day to insure their needs and lifestyle be taken care of, as well as to link a chain to the hubby for life. Are you so incompetant at being a human being that you need to bring an innocent child into your life in order to get a man that already has a wife and kids to be with you to secure your future financially. If you can't afford your mortgage and car payments then do what most cival people would do and sell them and get something you can afford. Spend more time focusing on the job you were hired to do and less time banging the boss and maybe you could get a raise. You said you changed careers's, what did you go from being a waitress to a gold digger, cause that is what you have become. You're freakin' 30 years old. Grow up. If you go through with this just know there is a place where people will take care of you, feed you, pay for the roof over your head and clothes - it's call prison. You only get one life, is this how you want to be remembered. Because all people will remember you for is: bitter, desperate, needy, gold digging, shallow, callous and many other HORRIBLE things.
