I noticed when I was in europe on vacation that there seemed to be a lot less fat people.

I'm just agreeing.

I thought the title of this thread was "American Women Suck," not "American Women are Fat."

I know your thinking of the eastern european girls... I've known enough of them that I can tell you most of the time when they are kissing you its just to distract you because they are reaching for your wallet!

BS, unless you're talking of bringing over a poor trophy wife that you basically (or officially) purchase.

I've known several Eastern European women (Russian, Polish, Slovenian), and I can say they are just as psycho as any American woman I've known. Probably even more.

As a Polish girl, raised in the US since 10 I can tell you that based on my experience American women are seriously crazy. I've been all over the world and from all groups of women I've seen American women tend to have a case of the crazies much more often.

I'm part Polish too. My grandfather on my mother's side was born there and came over to the US when he was a boy.

I'm a first generation American on my father's side. He was born in Egypt and came here as an adult.

So I only partly suck I guess.

Maybe we should swap Pollock jokes!

What part do you think sucks?

Well, I've always been confused about the point... cause my family lived in Prussia, and spoke German, but thats all Poland now. So does that make me Polish?

Which part of europe?

I've been in the US and, although some of the most beautiful women are american, most are so-so.

And fat.

Same for men.

I have to agree (generally.) French women just have this beauty that can't be described, and they know how to carry it.

I am asked a lot if I am French and am told my features look very French. (If they don't ask if I am French, they say that I have a European look. This is definitely a compliment.)

Yes but you aren't French so why does it matter?

Beautiful people are everywhere and it really has nothing at all to do with what country you are from. Some are fair and gorgeous, some are dark and striking... either way the most beautiful people are those who have poise and intelligence, they aren't just a pretty face.

Excellent summary on the subject.

I've been to Europe: true they are thinner. False they are prettier. I don't think I saw one beautiful girl in France, and my standards for beauty are not harsh. Some French girls were cute, but none offered a smile to anyone. I know that is relevant to culture, but friendliness goes a long way where beauty is concerned.

Question to OP: Have you ever made love to a larger, softer woman? There is an element IMO that you are missing out on if you haven't. Don't knock it 'til ya try it;)

Am I kidding to OP about my previous statement? Like I said in my original post on this thread--you must not be surrounding yourself with the right american women. You attract that which you focus on. Watch The Secret.

Sure. It is not only my features, it is the way I carry myself (poise) and my intelligence. Of course, I get complimented on that, also, but the first thing people see in a person is the physical.

It really does matter because when people are telling me that I look French or European, they are telling me that I am very pretty or beautiful. So...yes, it absolutely DOES matter - who doesn't like a compliment? I make it a point to compliment or say something positive to EVERY student in my classes EVERY day.

I was adopted, so as far as I know, I could have French ancestry in me.

There is nothing wrong with appreciating it when you are blessed with looks. In fact, when I was in grad. school, my Catholic professor/advisor (a nun) told me that I was lucky that God gifted me with looks, because there is a reason that God does that. She said it will help me in my career, to engage the students. NOt that a plain teacher cannot engage the students, she said I was very special and had a lot to offer students, and that my looks would only benefit me. This was in 1994 and I have never forgotten it and treasure her words.

I am modest. I was just being honest. I might have been blessed with some things, but others are blessed with others. We should all appreciate those gifts (and cultivate them).

I would see your point, however it is hypocritical since you take every opportunity yourself to mention your size 4 frame. It doesn't offend me, and you go girl, that is awesome, but it could be said that you are not modest, also.

I don't think I have ever seen Touche mention her dress size and I have been on here for a tad bit longer then you :)

Well I might have mentioned it once or twice when it was relevant to the topic. But what's funny is I've always complained about my weight/size...not bragged. Some people don't pay attention. Or they just want to see what they want to see.

Nah, TBF...not me. I don't play that game. It would be immodest on my part to do so.;)

Yes. There is DEFINITELY no such thing as a flawless woman ANYWHERE!

Amen to THAT!

What was the stated point of this thread again?

I would like the OP to get more specific about precisely how some American women suck. I think it might actually be useful and enlightening. In what specific ways are American women inferior?

I think at our best, Americans both male and female are enthusiastic, optimistic, generous, pluralistic and non-judgmental.

At our worst, we can be shallow, self-absorbed, acquisitive and lacking in subtlety and introspection.

(That is why there are two version of the show "The Office" because the humor in the British version is too subtle for the average American.)

I don't personally know any American woman... but from what I heard from a few guys who travelled the world... one has now moved to Chicago... the most beautiful women are from Montreal... (Quebecers)... I would believe that too... the Montrealers are very stylish, very feminine, in shape, fit and healthy. :bunny:

I think this can be applied to all cultures of women and men. There is no perfect culture and no perfect gender.

Good for you then,

I actually would love to have "a" woman, American, Russian, Chinese...I could give a damn. If she's the one, she's the one.

This whole thread is redundant.

P.S. On Touche's dress size... That woman would make any dress look good, and that is a fact! She's the hottest freakin woman I ever saw!...

That profile pic....geeezuuusss:love:

ok I'm done now....
