I'm liking US men more and more...... Hey, let's swap 'em!! I think UK men are hot hot hot!! But I usually tend toward the understated type anyway... UK men are invariably polite, low-key, and Gawd that British accent!! Makes my knees weak.:D Why do you think they suck??
White Flower Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 Racism and classism MUST exist in the US, and I know somewhere like NYC is likely going to be more tolerant than other places. Correct me if I am wrong, and I am aware this may be an enormous generalisation. In fact I may even start a new thread on this because I would like to hear your opinions on this. Racism certainly exists, but there is no classism. That isn't to say that people of higher income don't feel like they are "better" than those in the lower classes, but there is no plural sense of cultural pride where as in the UK.
