Ex playing games

I am so lost as to what to do about my ex. We just broke up after two years of being together. He said we needed time apart. Come to find out he wanted to take a step back because he felt pressured to be married. Which in a way I did pressure him. I told him I wanted to be married four years after we got together (because my parents were married after 3 and I felt that if he loved me, he would be willing to make that commitment) Well he didn't feel that way. He moved in with a friend and we broke up. I have been trying to work things out so we can get back together. I told him he's right, that you can't put a time limit on these things. He says he still loves me and wants to work things out. the other night though, I went to return some more of his stuff, and he had a young girl with him. He swore it was nothing to worry about, but wouldnt let me talk to her. I am tired of the little games he is playing. I love him, but don't want to be hurt any more. What do I do? Help me please!
