Cheery Cherry
I would really like an honest answer from men about what they actually look at when a woman in your life asks you the question: "How do I look?" before going out to maybe dinner or movies or somewhere on a date with you. Is it the whole package from head to toe? Her hair? Make-up? Do you actually notice the new color on her finger/toe nails? Or that she lost some weight? Do you look at the legs, ass, breasts or all of those parts? And also, how do you usually respond? If she didn't look as good as you know she could, would you tell her specifically what is wrong? Cobra_X30
I look at the whole package. If it looks good Im going to say. "You look really good". I'm not going to nitpick, but if there is something big. I will say something like "You look really good, I think you may look even better if thats possible, in the brown shoes" Before anyone calls me disengenous. Honesty demands tact. Bieng blunt is stupid, lazy, and rude.
Phateless
I usually try to go for a descriptive term. If she's dressing up for an interview, I'll tell her "you look very professional, it's cute" or "i'd expect a firm handshake from you in that outfit, baby" but I try to make it relevant. I try to be honest as well, but this is a very dangerous question for men. We may be reckless, but we're not stupid. If we were about to go out to dinner I'd just look her up and down and tell her she was gorgeous... if i thought she should change something i'd try to tell her... but yeah... i typically start off with "i'm not stupid enough to fall for this one again :p"
DazedandConfused66
I fell in love with my wife's eyes years ago. To this day, several extra pounds and a whole lifetime of good and bad experiences later, I still look right at her eyes and tell her she looks as beautiful now as I've ever seen her before. And the thing is....it's always the truth. Anything else she chooses to accompany or accessorize those eyes is just icing on the cake. If she feels good wearing it, I love her in it. brothermartin
I look at the whole woman, quickly asses the beauty, but not too quickly, and tell her how absolutely stunning she is! I've seen what women go through to look thier best, so the best possible compliment to her question is always in order.
