You already have some problems, and she is using them as a way to gaslight you and get away with having an affair. I'm not certain what you can do at this point. I hope that you can come to the realization that she is, and find a way out of this. I don't see any hope of reconciliation in this. Is that how you want to spend the rest of your life? With someone who will continue to cheat on you until she is physically unable to? I don't see this situation as being fixed by anything short of a divorce.
