thecrushingwait
Hey hi, I'm new here, as you can all probably tell. I was searching around about stuff on this subject and kind of stumbled across this place, read a bunch of threads and decided to join and ask for some advice ^^. Well, I'll just ask. I am a Junior in college and as yet I have not had a girlfriend since coming to school, which was fine. I've got a bunch of a friends that are girls but none that I would consider as a romantic interest. I've never been the most confident of people when it comes to approaching girls, even ones that I know relatively well. There is this girl that I ALWAYS see in the cafeteria at lunch and dinner. Like, without fail, we are always there at the same time. Well I think she is absolutely gorgeous and I would love to talk to her. I know nothing about her what-so-ever. My friends have caught me looking at her and they all think I should just go up to her, but I don't know how! She is always with her friends and I'm not one to just go up and do that to begin with, let alone with friends around. Please help me out. How should I go about it?
Lovegod
My friends have caught me looking at her and they all think I should just go up to her, but I don't know how! You have to use your legs. First, take a right step. Then a left step. Right step again, then another left step. Repeat until you approach her. If you don't know what to say to her, just walk up to her table and inquire about what she's eating. "woah, that looks interesting! What is that?" Doesn't matter if her friends are there or not. Waiting for a "perfect opportunity" is a waste of time. That's why you approach her when you see her.
