Does this girl like me?

Hey guys, long story for you here, and I'm sure you're probably tired of hearing them but here goes...

I like this girl in my work, and I'm not sure if she likes me. Basically I've walked home with her now and talked to her. She keeps asking me about the Christmas Dinner that we're going to, and talks about how she can't wait to go. Yesterday I asked her if she wanted to walk home with me, she said 'no problem'.

Before this I had asked 'What are getting you boyfriend for Christmas' and she said she didn't have a boyfriend and she only seemed to attract losers, she was also talking about being alone in a jokey way. The later she was like what did you get your girlfriend, I said 'I didn't have one' and that was that cause I had to go do some work!

She is completely different than the girls I usually end up with and that makes me really nervous, she is really beautiful and I'm just confused as to whether she likes me, should I ask her out or wait until the Dinner thing. I don't want to ask her there mainly because it'll be crap and everyone will be drinking and I'd rather ask her out to a movie or for a cup of coffee or something.

How closely together do you guys work? And I am assuming this Dinner is your work Christmas party?

I would say ask her out to coffee or something where you guys can talk. Don't take her to the movies on the first date, because then there is limited opportunity to converse. I personally like to get to know the person on the first date.

But because this is someone you work with, be prepared to see her still everyday if it doesn't work out the way you want it to.

Good Luck!:bunny:

Well we are part time and only for Christmas, so I really don't have much to lose, anyway time to cast the romantic notions aside and just ask her on a date :) but I won't see her now until the Christmas Party so we shall see what happens there...

she said she didn't have a boyfriend and she only seemed to attract losers

Your attracted to her does that mean...your a loser?!

:lmao: What a plesant thing to say... If she was interested/attracted to you I doubt she would have said that, but maybe I am looking into it too much.

To me it seems as though there is nothing flirty going on, seems like she is just being friendly to you like you are being friendly to her.

Well I took it as, 'only dated losers' maybe she wants a man or something, or she was dropping hints...

I think I shall try and be more flirtatious around her and push it a bit and see what happens :)

The only way you'll ever find out if a woman likes you or not is to invite her out on a date. If you get rejected, she's not interested. If she accepts, then you're in.

Seriously, you guys make me sick with trying to read all these damn signs to avoid getting rejected. Just go for it and deal with the answer she gives you.
