Tony T
What is a diet pill? Appetite supressants in pill or any other form are extremely dangerous for a lot of reasons. There's no substitute for plain old willpower and NO easy way to lose weight. A few years ago, they advertising "Dream Away" diet pills on TV, promising to get rid of fat while you slept. The owners of the company are now in jail. If you want to lose weight, exercise and eat less. About 3500 calories equals one pound. So if you normally consume 2500 calories each day and you cut that to 1500, you will lose one pound every 3.5 days just doing what you've been doing. Add exercise to that and you will lose even more. Please, whatever you do, don't go for diet pills. Shakes with lots of nutrients can be good but read the labels. Many of those will make you gain weight, not lose it. The key is burn lots more calories than you take in.
EnigmaXOXO
Best diet pill for a male? ... Antibuse! Sorry MattO, couldn't resist that one! But in all seriousness, not only can diet pills be dangerous, but they are only a temporary crutch. Once you stop taking them, you'll have to rely on good ol' will power anyway. The best way to reduce weight is to follow Tony's suggestion. And may I also add, that starving yourself will only encourage your body to hoard your fat reserves. While you may shed a few pounds this way for the first week or so, you will eventually have to eat, and then your body will revolt by stock-piling every calorie and gram of fat you digest rather than processing your food fuel normally. The trick is to NOT allow yourself to go hungry. You do this not by drugs, but by changing your eating habits. In addition to portion control and eating healthy foods, try eating small portions several times a day. Space your daily calorie intake over the course of the day, eating something SMALL and HEALTHY every 2-3 hours, rather than eating one large meal at the end of the day. If you keep something in your stomach, your body will be fooled that it is getting what it craves. Your body doesn't care what it's digesting, so long as it’s SOMETHING. It doesn't know the difference between a carrot and a potato chip. Only your taste buds do! When it comes to watching calories, we have to think of our bodies as an engine. You must burn the fuel you put in, and with regular exercise added, you will eventually train your body to reach into its stored fat reserves for additional energy rather then those well-needed calories. But dieting alone will not work for long. You have to MOVE in order to boost your metabolism and keep that engine running!
MattO
Well the main reason i said for a male is because of the diffrence between male and woman ;D. Guess that was kinda funny.
MattO
Now heres a big question. I not only want to lose weight, but i want to replace all the weight with muscle. Should i Do cardio like before i work out in the same day or should i do cardio one day and then Workout another. I really need a good work out plan. Also my friends have been telling me about creatine or something, spose to help u gain muscle faster, im 17, turning 18 in 2 months, is that a good idea? And the shakes, protein shakes r they alright to take before u work out or after. These r just some things im confused about. TY so much for the help .

EnigmaXOXO
Girl! I am so grateful for those links I could just hug you!! I have tried to explain this to folks before, but got blown out of the water because I couldn't articulate the facts to back up my claim. The only proof I had was that THESE methods absolutely worked for me!...No diet pills, no starvation, and no killing myself for hours and hours in the gym. Just a brisk 30 minute walk every morning on the treadmill. Thanks to you and those fantastic links, I now know why!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Rob
I just don't understand why people try to take the path of least resistance. See your doctor. Modify your diet (but don't go ON a diet). Excercise regularly. Don't mess with the inner workings of your body by taking diet pills. Anything worth having is worth working for and making sacrifices to get.

Dolly815
I have been taking Cenafil for 4 months. I absolutly love it. My metabolism has increased while suppresing my appetite. I am still able to eat what I want whenever I want. One cenafil a day lasts all day. I'm so grateful to have found it. I've tryed everything you could imagine!!Jenny Craig, Atkins, low-carb....I hate them all!! But cenafil really works!
