Depending on why they broke up, this former lover has a lot more bonding time on you with this girl. Pay lots of attention. There are many cases when people break up and they end up having no more than friendly feelings for each other. But if there's still a flame here, the two working together could definitely rev it up a bit. She will certainly be indebted to him for telling her about the job at his company. I wouldn't express any concerns about this to her. This will only show you her you are jealous. You will impress her more if you carry on just like you've been doing.
