Soul: Earth Vortexes

Recommended Posts

Ah, but so many things in life do not seem to be possible and cannot be explained by science. If it is not possible by science, does that mean it is not possible?

It is not possible for the magnetite in the rocks of Sedona to affect the ions in your bloodstream and nervous system in a way that increases your health. Sorry, it is not.

I have no doubt that Sedona is a healing place, as I have been there, it is truly beautiful and I wish to go back. All of my spirituality is based in nature. I'm outdoors as often as possible and when I am, I feel truly healed. However, this vortex idea is ill defined. What does it even mean, lines of energy crossing?

I fully support going to Sedona to heal. However, I do not support going to Sedona to cosmically connect with a man she has essentially stalked and who has told her to leave him alone. He does not love her or want a relationship with her. He is not her soulmate. I honestly think her intentions for this trip are dangerous and unhealthy. I'm still hung up on an ex too, but it's much more healthy to go on a sea kayaking trip to realize the world has so much more to offer me than a woman who rebuked my feelings, than it would be to go to harness the power and energy of the ocean to connect with her through the electromagnetic field of the ocean due to its conductivity.

She's not going there to move on, she is going there in hopes it bring him too her, and I just feel that is dangerous. If she gets anything out of this trip, I hope it is "I do not want someone who did not want me. I want someone else. There are other men out there who I am more compatible with." I really think she should be going to connect with Earth, not with Denver Guy.

Yeah,

You are probably right. I always get deluded with these things.

See, I believe he is my soulmate but it may turn out that I was just a joke and he never even liked me, he loves her etc etc.

Most likely that's what it is.

I don't have an agenda, I'd be fully happy if I go there and get a revelation that the whole thing was nothing and it was all in my imagination.

Probably it'd be a huge liberation, than to think we are twin souls and all the rest of the stuff I believe now in my nonsense mind.

I agree...science would say it is not possible, and I am not one who would say it is.

But yes, healing is done in many ways, and what she looks for may not be what she finds. This is the beauty of philosophical and spiritual journeys.

Actually, she may end up moving on by seeking hope. Her hope to bring him to her may actually be as you say, a way for her to move on.

My point is...we do not truly know, and she will never know...if she does not go.

So, I say go. Whatever your reason, whatever your hope...go. What you may find may surprise and delight you. What you find may enable you to move on and have a full life.

But life is risky. Your journey may not be successful in what you seek. But your journey will give you answers. Never taking the journey will give you nothing.

Is it possible to cosmically connect to someone who is already connected to another ?

I have always thought that both parties have to be free floating spirits.

I think you can make up to three connections at the one time. Maybe even four, if the angles are just right.

If you have paid for the proper number of seats ( licenses ) then they allow simultaneous connections up to four.

If she goes, she still will not know. She'll never know. At some point you have to decide for yourself: I no longer want this person. I want nothing to do with someone who rebuked my feelings. Taking this journey will not give her answers unless he calls her up the next week and says "I was thinking about you." She can take the journey and realize "I think I need to move on" but she still won't know.

Besides, staying hung up on him will prevent those three and four-some cosmic connections from happening.

I am guessing that you are assuming that this cannot happen on this journey.

Who is to say that THIS revelation is not exactly what happens? I am not saying that she will meet his spirit out there on the Vortex, but I am saying that the possibility of her "meeting" herself face to face and what SHE wants may actually happen.

Many times in life we go on some journey whether physically or mentally. Many times we have a goal as to what we will find and how we will find it. But when we have finished our journey, the destination is not always the place where we thought we would arrive. This is life. This is growth. It is not a fantasy. It is reality.

Let me quote on of my favorite presidents. (His only fault in my eyes was that he was in the wrong party. :D ).

There are risks and costs to a program of action. But they are far less than the long-range risks and costs of comfortable inaction.

John F. Kennedy

(1917 - 1963)

Doing nothing is easy. Doing something is more rewarding.

Go and see what happens. The result may be good, bad or indifferent.

Stay and do nothing. The results will be exactly that...nothing.

Actually, I disagree. She can take the journey and realize exactly that, "NOW I can move on."

A vortex does sound like the kind of place where you meet yourself coming and going.

Thanks James.

I made the reservation today for the hotel, for Feb 2nd and stick to the original plan.

It may be crowded in Phonix because of the superbowl, but I'm not going there and it can't possibly be more crowded than LA.

At least it'd be something different :)

Oh, I don't know.

Hopefully I'll heal from this curse anyway. Because to think that someone connected to another is your "soulmate" sucks. You are doomed.

Good for you Ariadne,

The vortex is pulling you for some reason.

Go and be open and maybe you will have an epiphany of some sort.

That's what I read. That you are more connected to the divine and creative force of the universe once you experience the energy.

Something like that:

The ancient Native American Yavapai people lived all over the Sedona area, painting petroglyphs and establishing cliff dwellings, indicating to future archealogists and visitors that their creative force, the energy of their "Great Mother," was powerful and palpable.

Thanks Marlena.

Yes, I made the reservation. I think for this is best that the ex husb doesn't go because he can be distracting.

But I'll invite him again, I reserved a bedroom with two double beds in case I find someone that wants to come along.

Good thinking. But remember that a vortex shared is a vortex halved. Just one of those things, I guess.
