Every time I go to her office, she crosses her leg toward me, even when there are others there. When it's the two of us, she often ends up using both hands to adjust her hair behind her head -- and not just quickly, but in a prolonged sort of way. Drives me crazy! In meetings with the other people in our department, seems like she and I always end up next to each other, and she glances at me a lot when she is talking. She's taps me on the arm sometimes during those meetings, like if she makes a joke or something. This has been going on for a long time ... Anyway, any advice, suggestions, thoughts? Thanks! Most workplaces discourage workplace romance, but it's obviously OK to do it that way.
