What constitutes sexual assault? and what's the difference from harassment? They all sound the same to me. I want clarification... I'm not sure what anything means anymore. Sand&Water well if something happened to you or some one you know seeing a lawyer would be a good idea. Sexual Battery is generaly the term used for rape, Sexual assault isnt really a legal term but something that might appear in the paper. Sexual harasment is a civil matter.
