It's an old saying that originated from the pre-foreplay days. A relic of the past. Although I have still heard of some older models that just jump on top and start humping away. If you're going to be a half-asser then don't bother at all and save your energy for something more worthwhile. If you're going to put it half-way in, then it better be because it's so big that it can't go in any further. Satisfaction is all about depth, and teasing is very, very cruel. I think the statement has a subject, a predicate and is a complete thought. In any case, I don't entirely agree with it. While only the insane set out to do something wrong no matter what. If you're going to expend energy doing something, you might as well do it right. Unfortunately, in MY life, that also applies to the mistakes I've made (and continue to make).
