I think that in the majority of cases, elective cosmetic surgery of any kind is rather indicative of an individual's personality. Some of them actually look very natural, depending on how much was there to begin with. (I've seen them all) I will most definitely say that in every case, the friend's self esteem soared. So, it's a personal thing. If having larger boobs will help you to feel better about yourself, don't worry what others think. After you get yours done, let me take a peak and I'll give you a further opinion. If the doctor does a really bad job, some men who see you in a skimpy bikini may make remarks. In that case, the doctor can make corrections. The only ones that look extremely bad or fake are those done on ladies who were pancake flat prior to the operation. Link to post Share on other sites

Author tkgirl Posted June 22, 2003 Author Share Posted June 22, 2003 I would tend to agree, natural is best... that's the main reason why I've waited so long and then finally decided to go with the surgery (I'm 37) I definitely DON'T want porn star boobs - just a little bigger. Right now I'm a small A and would just want to go to a full B (or perhaps a small C). The surgeon I've chosen has done has done a couple friends of mine and they look GREAT - so I feel really comfortable about having him do it etc. Anyways, I'm excited about it... but thanks for your input! Then, I remember vividly, watching a special on breast enlargement surgery on MTV I believed, and it absolutely made me nauseous. After seeing that I'm just not sure i'd be able to get that image out of my head while fooling around with a girl. Luckily i don't have to worry about it.
