Kamille
I have gained approximately 12 pounds (5 kilos) since last October, time when I got swamped at work and met my boyfriend. I had a hard time keeping exercise as a priority and was indulging in all the deliciousness of romantic love foods. Most of it centered around delicious french cheeses and european chocolate. Now I have finally gotten back to my favorite health habits: regular exercise and balanced nutrition packed meals. I already have results. I don't have a scale so I don't know how many pounds I have lost, but I don't think it matters: I have more energy, am in a better mood and my jeans now fit me again. But I am feeling a bit ambivalent about losing the weight that I gained. The fact is, there are things that I really like about my curvier body, such as the increased cup size. I'm thinking I don't want to lose all the weight - only a few pounds. Is there anyways not to lose boob while losing weight? Also, does anyone have tricks on how to keep the same weight while eating healthy and exercising regularly?
MakeLemonade
If you learn how to keep the boobs while still losing the weight, bottle it and sell it, you will make a load of cash, as I have heard this lament by so many women I know who have lost weight. There is no way I know of unfortunately, as I watched mine shrink after I quit nursing and lost the baby weight and then some I was oh so sad As for keeping the same weight while still exercising and eating right, the only thing I could suggest is building lean muscle mass, muscle weighs more than fat so you wouldn't have to gain a whole lot of muscle to compensate for the 5-10lbs of fat you want to lose. MakeLemonade
Also, work on your pecs, if you build the muscles up a bit underneath the fatty tissue, it will push up the fat a bit, make them look a bit bigger and more perky too!
Lizzie60
I'm afraid you don't have much control over where you gain or lose weight... When I gained weight, after I quit smoking, I got most of it in my boobs... I was lucky to lose the weight everywhere except in my boobs.. I was about 100 lbs with 38DD boobs... that was a little extreme.. so I gained weight back .. everywhere... Not 2 persons react the same with weight gain or loss... maybe exercice could be a good idea... I don't know what else can be done. I 'packaged' my breasts every night... I have been wearing a sport bra for over 15 years now and I have wonderful boobs.. still very perky for their size.. I can go without a bra, and noone will notice. I think that's my secret.. 'sleep with a bra'... so the muscles don't get stretched...
sb129
My boobs get smaller if I lose weight too.... I can't afford to lose any more boob! But I do want to lose some more butt. How did the BJ treats go? been meaning to ask.

Storyrider
Padded bra? I have the same problem. Just wait until after you've nursed two babies.
Lostgurl
Padded bra? I have the same problem. Just wait until after you've nursed two babies. Hear hear! I know how you all feel. Just having children makes gravity wreak havoc on your boobs. I'm dealing with that right now. I'm not to happy with me fun bags at the moment. My butt is deflating as well. I think my bf is disappointed, he really liked the Jlo butt that blossomed while pregnant.

'sleep with a bra'... so the muscles don't get stretched... You package your boobs? You wear the sport bra to bed? Hmm, I'm not sure I have enough boobs for that to be necessary. In fact gravity has been esthetically advantageous for mine- so far. They went from conic to roundish. Also, work on your pecs, if you build the muscles up a bit underneath the fatty tissue, it will push up the fat a bit, make them look a bit bigger and more perky too! I was wondering if that might work. I do a lot of posture exercises and it seems to really help 'showcase' them. I'm not so sure there's a way to control that..but I can relate to having gone through the same thing.... and it's a pain to have to buy new bra's. I love buying new bras! You guys have to understand that I went from a small B-cup (could get away with A cups) to a small C-cup. Do you know how much sexier C-cup bras are? Love it. I love it. I love the fact that I now have a bit of cleavage. My boobs get smaller if I lose weight too.... I can't afford to lose any more boob! But I do want to lose some more butt. How did the BJ treats go? been meaning to ask. Yup, again, it confirms we have the same body types. BF loves the butt though. I guess what I would like is to be able to keep the fat - but exercise and eat healthy. I like the benefits of exercise and healtyh eating, but, apart from the fact I might have to buy a new wardrobe, I love the curves. hmmm... maybe I'll just have ice cream for dessert. ps: BJ has yet to happen (he is out of town this week) but I will make sure and do a bj technique update. Author Kamille
Padded bra? I have the same problem. Just wait until after you've nursed two babies. My boobs are usually so small at my regular weight that no amount of padding can produce a semblance of cleavage. What what happens after babies? My mom actually went from being a B cup to being a D cup after having my sister and I.... I was hoping that would happen to me. My butt is deflating as well. I think my bf is disappointed, he really liked the Jlo butt that blossomed while pregnant. Those who like butt, like it a lot. Lostgurl, I think you should get yourself some ice cream. And I didn't know you had a baby! Somehow missed that one here on LS, but here's to a belated crongrats!

One nice side effect is that you get used to your breasts being touched all the time and sometimes this desensitization makes it more comfortable to be touched there. Not really, I just hate not being able to wear certain dresses/shirts due to far too much cleavage. And when I eventually have children, I don't want to be stuck with these boulders when the rest of me is quite small. I don't have much of an arse so I will look like I will tip over

I don't have much of an arse so I will look like I will tip over It is true that fashion tends to favor small breasted women, but there are certain trends that look better on women with lots of cleavage. Are there social inconveniences? I remember spending the summer at a beach with a friend when I was 17. She was a DD and I was barely an A. It was insane how much in that context men were talking at her breast. And completely ignoring me. Yet, I much prefered being in my position then hers. Still, she managed to get free surfing lessons, but insisted I come along!

Well for one I had the little normal high school jealousy (no-one else has boobs like her yet, she must stuff her bra etc etc) to deal with. Of course that issue was settled when I wore a bikini to the swim carnival I despise the leering men, the whistles etc. But on the other hand, they are mine, I grew them myself LOL. My only real issue is the clothes thing, my boyfriend is a breast man, so it works for us

Author Kamille
That's almost possible. I know! And suddenly I wonder if the solution isn't plastic surgery... Oh wait, I'm scared ****less of operations. And needles. And pain. Suffer for beauty? I say all I need is more ice cream!
Chrstsey
Well, I'm a pretty big chested but hey, I lost 10 lbs and it took me a while. I think I lost some weight on my chest. I cut down a lot of junk foods like greasy foods, fast foods, soda, but I still can't resist chocolate!

I cut down a lot of junk foods like greasy foods, fast foods, soda, but I still can't resist chocolate! Congrats Chrstsey. I also love chocolate. Lucky for me I really love dark chocolate, which is alledgedly actually lower in fat and good for our health. My current indulgence is ice cream. I just switched to sorbet (haagen daz has this awesome raspberry vanilla swirl). But I think what works best for me is exercise. In fact, a steady regime of exercise and ice cream seems to be acheiving my purpose. I feel like my body looks better, yet so far I seem to have managed keeping the boobs. I don't think I lost weight per say, but it is now better distributed.
Chrstsey
I don't like dark chocolate. I'll have chocolate once in a while but I eat quite a bit of Salmon. Salmon Fish is really good for ya! Thanks Kamille
