I think it's often difficult to communicate very private emotions with people who are close to us and sometimes emotions can boil up and feel overwhelming. However it can really help to have someone who is naturally positive and understanding to talk to, you may find you've been bottling things up. If you feel a bit guilty about lashing out at your boyfriend it's natural to not like what you've done. I'm sure your a very nice person and your boyfriend will forgive you. Sheclectica Posted February 19, 2008 Share Posted February 19, 2008 This may sound really simplistic... but try exercise. Get your blood really pumping for 30 minutes a day. It'll get endorphins flowing and you will be AMAZED at how much happier you are after a week or two of this. Link to post Share on other sites
