As far as visiting your friend, there's no way to predict how things will go. However, you won't know if there's any future with him unless you two spend more time together. You have to be somewhat of an established poster in order to send/receive PMs. Not sure what the magic formula is, but it comes with time as a member and number of posts. You can't just join and automatically start sending PMs.

Author sptu Posted February 14, 2008 Author Posted February 14, 2008 we finally speak on msn!!!!we was cold enough!!and when i asked him if he has sth, he said that he is tired because he was studying. then, i was kidding and i said "ok if you change opinion and you dont want to meet, please inform me!!!" and he said "Yeah ok!!!" and i got mad because by that, one could mean that its possible to change opinion!he said no, i just answered!! i dont know, i am afraid!!honestly, i have in my mind that i will meet him and things may change!but what if not?!?!?! when i was younger, i read somewhere: maybe at the end, the pessimist is true but till then, the optimistic had better time!!! should i be happy and dreaming?!?!?!?

Apparently, you do have to be a contributor on the site for a length of time before you can send/receive PM's. I've never had that problem. Must have been a timing issue. (i.e. by the time I wanted to PM, I had already reached the "magic number" required). So sptu, looks like you will just have to post in the public forum for the time being... Best, TMichaels

I'm SO SORRY you had that terrible conversation on MSN and he sounded cold. Wow, what you're going thru sounds EXACTLY like what I went thru and it was sooooo horrible and sooooo sad and I got sooo heartbroken! Anyway, yeah, we should agree on a time where I will be on here at the same time as you so I can get your email and then we can email!!!! What time is good for you tomorrow? I'm free most any time... You have to tell me what time zone though. Hope to hear from you soon, i'd really like to talk to you as our situation seems so similar... I think it would be really good. Sorry we are having so many problems.
