directx
Just had to kill moment, huh? Sorry, I couldn't resist. It was my insecurity coming out because no one is supposed to know I'm a romantic and I had to prove to the men on this forum that I am still cool. (and that's the freak'n honest truth) Plus, I thought it was funny and I don't think I would have the opportunity to use that joke again.

However, the only thing ruining my fantasy night with music in a really dark room and rain and drinking is that probably I will have to go to the bathroom sometime and that may ruin the moment. So if the room does not have a bathroom, I can get a commode I guess for my girl and I. We can keep it in the corner so its out of the way and no one trips over it.

directx
I love being in a car when it's raining...Now that's when you feel like a teenager... Yeah, you just park the car, have the right music playing, the rain hitting the roof and splattering over the windows. Kind of like a natures way of give you privacy. And you have that glow from the radio playing and thats it. And a woman's face in the shadow's is angelic, honestly. Women look so damn beautiful in dark light... God I love that. OldEurope
Lizzie mentioned "Avec Le Temps" I have to cry when I hear that, just as when I hear Jacques Brel's "Ne Me Quitte Pas"... Someone mentioned the 80s...For me it was all about Roxy Music /Bryan Ferry and Pink Floyd... xo OE
marlena
Lizzie mentioned "Avec Le Temps" I have to cry when I hear that, just as when I hear Jacques Brel's "Ne Me Quitte Pas"... My uni sweetheart was French - Algerian. He used to sing at discos back then when he wasn't studying archaeology. No one sang "Ne me quitte pas" better than he did..except Brel himself. Think I'll cry, too.
mopar crazy
Music that makes me relive my teenage memories would be "White Snake" "Warrant" "Skid Row" "G&R" "Poison" ya know the hair bands. I also love "AC/DC" and "Led Zeppelin" and several other metal and hard rock bands. I'll never forget the time when my first love was in a band as a drummer and they played "Misty Mountain Hop" I requested a LZ song and that is what they played. LOVE that song! So every time I hear that song it brings me back to that night. Those were my "OW" days.
