turtle
I am 23 years old and I still get occasional breakouts. I have quite a few acne scars. Does anybody know how long it takes for the scars to go away? Is there any type of over the counter treatment that can help fade the appearance of scars? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks. veggie
Best thing is to see a dermatologist. There are treatments that will minimize your scarring. There is an OTC product called Mederma which helps with some scars but a dermatologist will be better able to give you a medicine for your specific problem. He or she can also suggest a regimen to help you break out less. Good luck!
Jtizzle
yeah u should see a dermatologist..but if thas not affordable for you and whatnot...then u can use ARTRA creme....you can get it from a hair store...but only the ones that are owned by chinese people..or you can look on the web for it...its rather cheap..and you must exfoliate....i suggest using a buff puff with neutrogena soap everynite and then using the artra creme...or you can get the medicated apricot scrub by st.ives...they wont take the scars way in one nite...but it will make your skin glow and eventually over time you will see a difference
