I've like this guy for awhile now and want to start a relationship with him but he's has someone and I don't even know if he likes me. We have talked a little bit, when we talk he kinda flirts with me. When I see him he's always staring, smiling, just looking at me and never takes his eyes off me. Given that he is dating somebody, they either mean nothing at all or they mean his intentions are to break up with his lady and pursue you or to not be loyal to his girlfriend. If he was not interested, then he would not do all the stuff he does like talk to you or smiles or checks you out. I find myself in the same boat. There is this one guy who stares at me, smiles but I have no clue if he is interested. Maybe I should take my own advice and realize he is into me. But then I just think he has bad vision so I don't know. I don't understand men at all. But in your situation he is definitly interested. What you need to do, is do alittle flirting right bad at him. Men I think like that stuff, they like the attention. You best bet is keep talking to him, smile, flirt with him, but be coy about it and not so obvious and he will then maybe make a move.
