For instance, she rests her head on my shoulder, and has told me she loves me on paper(but i think it is just because she wants to be friends) and will look intensely into my eyes. But I think since she is so outgoing, she would have already let me know if she likes me or not, and she would have made the first move. Outside of work we don't hang out, so that's why I get the vibe she doesn't want to go out with me. And how do you tell if a girl who is flirtacious to everyone, actually likes you because I think that because she flirts with everyone that I am no different than the other guys Any help would be greatly appreciated Link to post Share on other sites

Personally, if I perceived a girl as being overly flirtatious with all guys, then I wouldn't give her a 2nd thought. Overly flirtatious people don't have a real good track record of being faithful. (that is, overly flirtatious with everyone of the opposite sex and not just to someone they have designs on) Link to post Share on other sites

Its hard to tell with someone who is overly flirtatious with everyone, and not to mention very outgoing. I think if she really was into you, she may have mentioned something to you or would have probably asked to hang out outside of work. If a friendship outside of work begins, then maybe you could pursue her a little further.
