My bofriend and I live together and he trys to keep his internet porn and jerking off a secret.

 

Why does he do this? Am I not good enough?

Not to float my own boat but I think I am attractive other guys desire me. It totally disgusts me and he knows it but says there is nothing wrong with it and changes the subject.

 

And the whole raw deal about this is I can't leave this relationship because I am in school and can't afford to move out. I do love him, but it offends me and makes me think he is looking for these type of slutty women that are seen on the internet out in the real world. My biggest concern is that he will cheat on me if some slutty whore came on to him.

 

Can someone help me on understanding and what to do. It makes me feel insecure.

Or do you have any advice that I could get him back with?

 

To me this is cheating if he can't do it in front of me, that is cheating!!!!

It sounds like some sort of addiction that he has and nothing short of counselling and a strong desire on his part is going to get him to stop. Chances are good that he had this addiction long before the Internet and probably used girly magazines, etc. as stimulation.

 

This has absolutely nothing to do with you or your attractiveness. It's just an addiction that he has and that he will have to deal with. If he doesn't see fit to get help now, he probably won't consider doing so until something dramatic happens...like being left by someone he loves.

 

This practice in no way presents any more risk that he will cheat on you than if he didn't do it. However, the fact that he has this problem will wear on you and you will probably leave him at your earliest convenience if he doesn't stop. You ought to let him know this.

 

I don't see how any woman would want to continue a relationship with a man who masturbates to porn everyday. It's just not the stuff wonderful romance is made of. I'm sorry you picked the wrong dude...but it happens everyday.
