You may want to see your doctor about this issue. It is possible for breasts to start growing in men during puberty. The body will start developing the breasts, then "realize" it is not supposed to. It is referred to as breast buds. Due to your height to weight ratio, it is very likely that this is the cause of your problem. The solution is surgery where they remove these "buds". I knew someone who went through this procedure. I don't know if insurance covered his condition or not. Check with your doctor on your situation.

This topic sure seems to be coming up a lot.

At age 15 (which is what you are....not "almost 16"), it's a little early to start worrying about these transient body changes. If it's still present when you are 18, then it's time to think some more. For now, don't stress it....this kind of crap happens.

Is what you have firm or jiggly? Dont' worry about your body and getting ride of your man boobs. You excersize now, probubly eat sensibly. Just let them be. Now, you say your nipples are big, do you do any drugs. I have heard that pot when a guy takes it can increase your nipple size and give you man boobs. You don't have to admit to anything on this thread but if you do anything on those lines, that can be your problem. Good luck boob man. Just kinding.

Researchers haven't been able to agree on whether or not marijuana use contributes to gynecomastia, however some studies have pointed to a correlation between the two. You might want to have a look at a synopsis of the implications of marijuana use published by the American Academy of Family Physicians which briefly mentions the possibility.

Best wishes,

Paul
