Its rare to find someone you feel truly comfortable around, so if he's for real, he'll remain interested. My friends don't even know I'm not home and I talk to my wife every couple days and on IM every day. Stay in touch with him, not because you're worried but because you love the relationship you're developing.... I'm surprised he didn't suggest it. There's free internet almost everywhere if you look hard enough. Anyway, as mentioned, the time flies and he'll be back to you soon enough. Sure, it's possible! If he left with the two of you on good terms, it's also possible that he's been missing you while he's been away. Just sit tight for the time being, then send him a cheery text, IM or e-mail about the time he's expected back and tell him welcome home and that you'd love to hear how his trip went.
