Hello,

I met a guy through some good freinds of mine recently, and was immediatley attrached to him. Not so much for his looks (he is really cute though) but for something maybe a bit deeper, he just seemed like a really great guy and someone I could be with.

A few weeks later at a mutual freinds I saw him again, and we talked but everyone was pretty drunk so it was hard to have a good conversation.

About a week later him and my guy freinds invited me out to spend Canada Day with them. We had all had a blast and drank quite a bit. When I got a chance to talk to him that night alone, I told him pretty bluntly that I liked him and thought he was cute. He told me that he felt the same and wished he could get a chance to talk to me more at the party last week. The we kissed and spent the rest of the night togther (we didn't have sex or anything). In the morning he told me he'd call me when his work shifts were over next week. He called a few times while I was out, and when we eventually got ahold of each other he came to my house and spent the night. I told him I didn't want to have sex yet, and he was really sweet about it and said he definalty was not mad and me when I asked. Anyways, basically I really like this guy, but I am not sure now how he feels about me, because when I bumped into him and a mutual freind downtown, he wasn't all over me, or anything. He gave me a ride home and told me he'd call me tonight about going out to see our freinds band play, but other than that he didn't really say much to me, so I didn't say much to him. He didn't kiss me goodbye either, which kinda pissed me off. He is in the Navy and there is a chance he might ahve to go away soon, so maybe he doesn't want to commit, I dont really know, but long distance wouldn't bother me, cause I am free to travel. HOw do I ask him if he still likes me or where to take this relationship we've kinda started, cause I am dating a few other people right now, but I really like him alot and feel a stronger connection for some reason.

Could he have decided he didn't like me?

Relax. You have not started a relationship with him. Just realize that right now. All you have done is spent two nights with him. that's not a relationship! You don't ask him if he still likes you or where this is going. You wait and see if he contacts you and asks you out. If he does this, then he likes you. If he does not, then he doesn't. It's easy as that.

I agree with Clia. There is no rush into anything and just see where things lead. He seems interested as far as wanting to get together with you again. So be pacient.

 

As far as you telling him that you are not ready for sex with him yet, is alittle much on the 1st time going out. Talking about sex right away is just not appropriate for the 1st time of going out. Even the kissing. The kissing was alittle much and of course could have lead into sex. Just be carefull. He is definitly into you, but he probubly does not want to get attached before he leaves. So just play it cool. Talk to him, hang out alot, just move slowly as far as the other stuff is concerned. Anyways, good luck to you. Hope this helps.
