Our relationship is almost 9 months in and I have been twice there. This time the love of my life is coming here in 12 days and I cant wait. How come he can't stay over on a tourist visa while waiting for his real paperwork to be approved? Because when he was originally here he had been extending his original visa for years. Then he decided not to extend again and got his ticket to go back - but there was a huge family function he found out about so he pushed back his plane ticket. When he did that he didn't even think about the visa it was literally weeks - but he technically overstayed o his visa. So, big shock, that he he just come back in a few months as he had planned.
