I miss the old thread about how long it would be until you're not in an LDR anymore. carvidep Posted March 31, 2010 Share Posted March 31, 2010 Well I just flew back last night. Cried a bit before and during our good bye, but he managed to keep me smiling. Now I'm back in the US and not even close to as heartbroken as I thought I'd feel. I actually feel just fine! It helps that we know he'll be visiting in July, and that I'm planning to go back there in Aug or Sept. And of course there's Skype. I love Skype. keep your chins up! He won't be home for good until April 2011. And on a hopeful note: It is a possibility that I may move to be with him in August or September 2010 and live on the island for a few months while he finishes up. Link to post Share on other sites
