Countdown - How long till you see your SO?

Recommended Posts

Surprising her on our anniversary which is on the 28th but going to surprise her in her university class the 27th of September. Her teacher, and friends are all in on it.

So less then a month. :]

I have a question. How do you guys deal with the loneliness feeling that you get every once in a while. I usually sleep it off but today I just seem to can't.

When I feel lonely I think about what we'll do on our next visit, or I'll message him and say hi. Or I'll keep busy with work or friends.

Hope you're feeling better than you were :)

1 month exactly from today! I'm so excited, it'll have been 10 months apart.

Just over a month for us too! October 5th I'm flying into Mongolia from the USA to see her, woohoo!

In 2 hours, his flight lands!

I won't get to see him until Sunday but the main thing is he is in the same time zone, I will be able to contact him, and he is twenty minutes away instead of 2000 miles! It is such a strange feeling. I don't think it's quite sunk in yet...

Got back today from a beautiful, unforgettable week with my handsome man. The week flew by so quickly but it was great being able to be with him and hold him again. Next countdown is 69 days which is not too bad! I promise myself to be courageous and strong for the two of us.

4 days

A lot to do still before I go.

It's good timing really as his mum's just been diagnosed with breast cancer, he's very close to her, seems it's been caught early but she'll have to have chemo :( Find out next week when she'll be having her op and when she'll be starting chemo, I hope it's when I'm there, so I can be of some support there, she's already said she'd like us to go over to their place to talk about it etc and help take her mind off it.

Distance is harder with things like this :(

I can go over more often if need be.

So its been eight years since me and my long distance boyfriend have started dating. Its been hell and heaven all in one. Finally after we separated for three years and started seeing each other again, we've decided it's time to move in after being together for a few months now. Long distance is starting to get to our relationship after all this time. It's about time after all these years that we have the pleasure of waking up next to each other everyday.

My countdown is eight days til I see him and move to a different state. I'm excited to see him and hope all goes well with the move and this entirely new chapter in my life.

This journey has been so tough that it still hasn't hit me that I'm about to live with him. I hope everyone keeps their heads held high, if there's love than the relationship will conquer the distance .

Mine's not a very long one: 7 days. It's been awhile since I've seen her, so I'm really looking forward to it. I've been stocking up blog posts so we can spend more time together.

That's very soon! I wish you all the best. I'm sorry to hear about his mum, hope she'll be fine and healthy again soon! It's great that you'll be able to be around to comfort him and be there for his mum. My boyfriend's aunt died in June and I felt horrible for not being able to go over and see him. It was very hard for both of us, especially for him. Good luck with everything!

I'm sorry to hear about his mum's condition. :(

All my best wishes for her and family and also good luck with the surgery and recovery.

Hope you'll at least get to have some fun with your man, though, HoH. :)

54 days now, wow! Time really does fly. We've gone through a bit of a rough patch but it's OK again now. We haven't been arguing or anything but it's just been a bit difficult. We're OK again now and our past few skype conversations were absolutely lovely and nice. They always are but they were really special this time for some reason.
