I might just go see him once our finals are over with, so around June, but I'm not sure if I can afford it. He also has to get an internship for the summer so he won't have much time for me. A couple of weeks ago I made him cry because not having anything specific to look forward to with him made me so upset that I said things I didn't mean like 'I don't know if I'll be able to cope with this' and so on. I felt dreadful. He's the light of my life, I'm just so anxious because we've never been in such a situation. Hope Easter will bring more clarification so at least one of us can book a ticket. My LDR bf is extremely indecisive, and he is very bad at "keeping connection". He could go for weeks without contacting me. His days are just a routine of waking up, working, working out, sleeping. I felt neglected all the time, kept asking him to pay more attention to this relationship (and he said he would, but...) and it came to the point I felt like giving up. Stop trying to keep things up, stop wanting to care. The relationship became like "we don't need each others but we don't care about breaking up". It just made me emotionless, and kill my sex drive (I don't even have desire for itimacy anymore, and I'm in my late 20s). Deep down I know I still love my bf alot, never love anyone like I love him, but sometime I just wish this relationship had never happened Link to post Share on other sites

It wasn't delivered today, the day that it all mattered. Got this lovely response from them, after inquiring if the item was delivered as promised: " No, I'm so sorry and DHL has not come up with an explanation so far. Please accept our most sincere apologies for this already. I'll contact you again on Monday." Well, Monday, these flowers + chocolates won't mean anything. Thank you Aquarelle. Oh I'm sorry this happened but that's how it often goes with things like that. And it will always mean something. You don't need a special day to give her flowers and chocolates. Tomorrow is our 1-year anniversary and I got a gift from him today with a sweet note. 9 months out of 12 have been LDR. We both love each other very much, although it gets tough sometimes. I spent the entire day looking at my phone in hope it would ring. She got the flowers the day after. She was happy, and the gesture was appreciated. That's all that maters. 2 months and 8 days.
