I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for getting me through a year of transatlantic love. It will still be a while until we can actually close the distance, but the first part is done and at least we'll be back to being on the same continent. LS has helped me a lot, be it through actual advice or just lurking about reading other people's experiences. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart Good luck to you! I wish you all the best. We would see each other within a week or such, but he doesn't have money to come over I think. And he's looking for a job. Yes! A whole 9 weeks! :bunny: We're at my place in the UK - visiting family, going out with friends, trips to the specialist (yippee! ), lots of 'alone' time and making plans for our wedding early next year. This is the longest time we've had together so far and I think we've settled into it rather too easily! Far North Queensland - in the rainforest - the same venue we had booked for 2011. (Just counting the pennies and cents to make sure it doesn't break the bank! ) I have to disagree on your 'better scenery' comment. I'm not going to give away my exact location, but I'm lucky enough to live in the most beautiful part of England. On my first visit to South Island we landed in Queenstown and I said "oh wow, I could live here, it's just like home!".
