But I havnt had a girl freind in like 4 years!

I go to school, and yeah its not in deep untile you get out of high school. But I havnt had a girl freind in like 4 years! I am so depressed about it all the time. I think its cause I am fat. And alot of people pick on my saying i am. Then some girl I really liked. She was so nice to me. She said i wasnt fat which i dont know if i am or not cause like more people are saying i am or i am not. But thats not the issue. I like her so much, yet some time afet being freinds she just kinda, stopped talking..... and like.. forgot my name... when she did that i just about started to cry, dont know why it just sucked... now i just dont know how to get a girl or something and i will probly get made fun of for this post but were else am i supposed to go? my parents dont care :-( , someone please help or tell me i am a dumbass so i can shoot my self or something.

 

Sorry if this was off topic from brecking up but i have never ha to bust up a relation which to me is sad.

You can absolutely bet your problem with women is your weight. I was overweight for a time and couldn't get women to look at me sideways. Especially when they're young, females look for trim, attractive males for the most part and you can't blame them. They want a man who things enough of himself to be sure he stays healthy for a lifetime, free of heart disease, diabetes and all the other complications of obesity.

 

Until you commit yourself to a diet, stick to it, exercise and bring your weight down, you can count on your problem to continue. Oh, there may be a lady here and there who will be attracted to you but the chances of you being attracted to her may be thin.

 

Many people use weight as a protective mechanism against having intimate relationships. On the outside, they'll say they want a girlfriend or boyfriend, but on the inside they are scared to death of that. Staying overweight ensures they'll never have to confront their fears. If you think that might be your problem, see a counsellor for help.

 

Get on a diet asap. Reduce your food consumption, watch what you eat, lowering fat, carbohydrate, sugar, etc. intake and build yourself up to exercise at least a half hour each day.

 

I give you my solemn word that when you get yourself down to an attractive weight, you'll be fighting the women off of you. Until then....stay with the program.
