Just feeling like contributing

I just wanted to go on a little ramble here about how much I enjoy this site. I've only actually posted on here once myself, but I get this sorta "at ease" feeling when I realize there are other people out here in the world with some of the same insecurities and mini-issues that I have in my life and especially in the relationship department.

 

Life is just blowing right by before our eyes (maybe it's just me, I dunno) and for some reason this search for a significant other never ends. I know I'm still pretty young, but meeting girls isn't coming along any easier then back when I first discovered that coodies were fictional. Well I think that's it for my rambling tonight. Please anyone feel free to reply to say anything. I guess I'm easily entertained or something, but it makes my evening to read some of this stuff and try to catch onto any possible flaws, quirks, etc. that I might share with fellow posters.

I'm glad you enjoy the site. Are you trying to tell me that "coodies" (sp?) are fictional? That's disappointing.

Cooties are definitely real. They are body lice. Yuck!

cooties aren't fictional! just ask any parent who's had to deal with headlice or pin worms ....

 

as for meeting girls, are you doing anything active about it, or just holing yourself up at home bemoaning the fact that you've yet to meet anyone? Best cure for finding someone of the opposite sex is to get involved -- take up a hobby, start going places that look interesting, volunteer -- basically go where the people are, start enjoying yourself and I guarantee you'll find chicks to hang out with. With a little luck and some work, you can actually end up with dating material.
