Nevermind
Yesterday I made some calls, several hotlines etc, told them I needed to start as soon as possible. I got one appointment, it's the only one who could let me start right away. It is during class time, but I think I will be able to switch to the same class at another day (it would be advanced, but I will have to make it work, right?) I hope it works out with this therapy. I hope he won't laugh at me, because I don't have real problems, and am just a sissy.

Ssheena
If you don't like the therapist, you can find another one. It's hard the first time because you don't know how you two would work together. Also, if you didn't think you had problems you probably wouldn't have reached out for a therapist. Something must be going on that you feel you need to address and get help with. Keep looking. I find it helps to know that in a week or 3 days, I have an appointment. I can hold on until then. Schema therapy is what I meant to spell. I don't know if they have anyone trained over near you in it but all lot of people like Cognitive therapy as well. There are some books on Amazon. I'll go if you go... Author Nevermind
He is the only one who has an open spot right now. Seriously, every other therapist in my city canot give me a spot until Septembre. He was just too focused on the emotional eating, and the sex incident, which I think are just symptoms. The fact that I simply don't want to be me and would like to at least accept me, was considered normal and human. He said I was a little critical, but the rest seemed more important to him. I just don't know...maybe this is what therapy is like? *readingonschematherapy*
