Complex Story

I went down to Florida last year to get away for awhile from stress back home. I started waitressing down there to pay my bills. I met this guy that I waited on and we were head over heels for eachother right away. He had just moved to Florida also and we hung out that night @ the beach and walked for 3 hours talking. He grew up on his own since 13 and and a lot of baggage in his life. He hadnt been with anyone in 5 years...he was in the navy, so he was 21 @ the time. Im already 25, but I really liked this guy. We started hanging out every day and became serious pretty quickly. We went to the Bahamas together and were both extremely happy. He got along great with my father and everything was great. So, I had to go back to my homestate i nthe long run bcuz my job was going downhill and im not florida licensed. We stayed together for months after that but we started to argue bcuz we couldnt see eachother. He broke up with me one night and i flew down to florida and left him a message to meet me. He showed up and we talked and cried and everything was perfect again. I went back home and he said he was going to come see me soon. We talked everyday and eventually months later i lost it and got fed p with the fact that he wasnt visiting so i broke up with him. He said some hurtful things and started calling every day saying he should have married me and he didnt feel like he was good enough for me. I would answer and we would talk and he would cry on the phone, but i would just say come visit me thats all!!! Months went by of this and he dissapeared. I couldnt get a hold of him for 2 months and realized that i was still in love with him and moved down to florida, showed up @ his work and he was shaking and crying and said he met someone else and he loves her, nad that life was simple now and she made him happy....while he was saying this he was saying he still has feelings and still loves me but he couldnt do it anymore. It literally killed me. That was 3 weeks ago and i avent heard from him. What i dont understand is how he was so "in love" with me and he loves this girl.....any advice @ all???

Any reason why you posted this identical text twice under two different headers?

 

Usual and customary "netiquette" is to post one thread and for the sake of clarity, post any responses/updates to the original thread.

 

You might want to check your original posting in this forum entitled: "Long Distance" to which you have at least one response.

 

Also, when you're trying to relate a complex story, it's also a good idea to break the text up in paragraphs. Makes it a lot easier for the reader to follow and comprehend, and generally those type of posts get a lot more replies.
