blair08 Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 I was wondering if anyone could tell me of some leg exercises I could do to help tone my legs? I have arthritis in both knees and I have been on the treadmill and treadclimber but I never know when my knees might act up. Sometimes they are ok, other times they will start to give me problems. So its kind of hard for me to do certain exercises where there is impact on the knees. Squats and lunges can bother them too. So any suggestions for toning the legs since my knees are kind of bad?
