Another cause of man boobs

Hi everyone ive read some of these threads on the whole bitch tits issue and i also suffer from this maybe some of you people can help me out as well.

 

I am male now 17 i weight 180 pounds and i am 5`10.

I really am dissapointed with myself right now heres my story.

 

Last winter in my gym class we all had to bench press 125 pounds and i always thought of myself as a pritty strong guy but i spend alot of time on the computer so i only did it 4 times this made me really dissapointed at myself cause everyone laughed at me so i decided i would do something about it so since then i started creatine for about 2 months and gained quite a bit of muscle mass ive been working out all this time and recently like lets say for about a month i have been running about 5 kilometers every other day. But i just cant seem to get rid of my fat im not an overweight person but i have alot of muscle for my age enough for people to notice its just i have this fat overtop and i want to get rid of it. i have about 2 inches of fat overtop of my absand i have bitch tits. Buts its not the nomal cause of bit tits cause with me i can flex my pecks and everything i have muscle there too but i have big nipples too like maybe 3 inch nipples there gross and i want them gone but i cant seem to lose anymore weight and thoughtout this month of diet and 5 km run every other day i still seem to only have lost like 5 pounds witch i think is crap but there is nothing im not doing and lately i havnt been losen nething at all i have platued.

 

well what im asking here is how much longer is it gunna take me to lose this extra 10 pounds i have and when its gone will i still have "bitch tits" and big nipples. please respond. and i dont really want to goto a doctor i would just be to embarrased

the only time i can go swimming is when i go in the bathroom and wet my nipples first so they become like hard then it dosnt look so bad and when i flex my damn pecks u can even see the muscle underneath

The bench press is a highly overrated exercise. I don't even do it, and there are people who get very good chest development with NO chest/bench press type of movement.

I hate to tell you, but that initial leap in size you get from creatine is not active muscle. It is water. 5-10lbs is not unusual to gain in water weight alone.

It sounds like exactly what you are saying - you have bodyfat covering your musculature. This is not "bitch tits."

5lbs in one month is about right. Rapid weight loss is not healthy. I can't say much for all of this running either. You need a decent dietary approach and proper strength training...but I don't think that's really going to get at the root of your problem.

 

You are self-conscious, which is synonymous with teenager. Everybody freaks out about little things in their appearance. In a year or two, you'll be in college and nobody will care. What you need to do right now is SLOW DOWN. Don't get obsessed with this particular issue. Step back a bit and start thinking about making yourself HEALTHY, not PRETTY.

Wow thanks for all the good advice ryan.

but with the creatine thing i did actually gain a lot of muscle i went up from lifting like 150 on the bench to about 190 so it wasnt just water and i did also find that when i stoppped the creatine and just worked out normally i didnt get much stronger for a while because ive herd that when you stop creatine you lose almost all the muscle that you gained i basically just stayed where i was at.

 

In the oter issue the last couple of days i have been eating really nothing but fruit and some toast and maybe some meat for dinner. But since i have been doing so i cant workout (weight train for my upper body very well) my joints hurt so increadbly much it makes me stop i have to stop cause it just hurts so bad is this because i dont have enough fat in my diet i have herd that fat helps lubricate joints so is that why its been hurting so much??

 

And on the "bitch tits" issue i know that i have fat overtop of my muscle but another thing is my nipples are very big is that normal is there nething i can do about that?

You're not losing muscle tissue....you're losing water. That's why it vanishes when you go off the creatine.

It's not that you don't have enough fat.....you don't have enough ANYTHING. What kind of dietary habits are those? You can't starve your body and then expect it to get leaner AND stronger. No wonder you're in pain....your body is eating itself.

I don't know what normal nipple size is on a man....probably because nobody really cares. I don't think there is much you can do about it, outside of cosmetic surgery.
