onmyownagain
But I guess she can't want us, because she isn't trying to get back. I am thinking, once you get to the six month mark and they don't want you back, then they must be happy without you. I haven't seen my ex but apart from the odd moan about money there is nothing personal going on and I guess she must be happy now. I always thought she would be having a horrible time but I guess she is probably a lot happier with me out of her life. Don't get me wrong I am happier now as well but we always expect our ex's to be a complete mess without us. Oh well, I guess it shows that we are really better off without each other :-)
guessjeans
It takes longer than 6 months to miss someone, especially if they are with someone else. They are just getting into the groove with the new person, so missing us is the last thing on their minds i can assure you. I say its closer to the 1-2 yr mark, when they have got comfortable with their new surroundings, the pain of the relationships isnt so raw, when the pain subsides and the good times become more fonder. 6 months is nothing..its only a tip of the toes in the water. They need to really go for a long swim and dry off, before they if ever, get to the stage in both sides journey of emotional health.
