sb129 Posted June 24, 2008 Share Posted June 24, 2008 I never eat bread, yet I always eat cereal (usually a home- made muesli) and yoghurt plus some fruit for breakfast. yum yum yum. I love nice cereal and having it with yoghurt usually keeps me going till lunch. If you buy a decent quality one with a few nuts in it (brazil/ hazelnuts etc) the protein in the nuts is good for you too. Link to post Share on other sites
