Also, a large (girth) penis "fills up" the woman more completely, no matter which orifice is being used, and this can be titillating as well. Average men can imagine seeing themselves as the male porn star with whomever they might be fantasizing about at the time. Since men are visual creatures, viewing the images is a totally different dynamic from actually being with a person. Or so I've been told ...

But, you can call them dips and crescendos of the same one and it feels the same to me: very very nice. I suppose we all have different definitions for orgasm and being multi-orgasmic. In five minutes of masturbation, the orgasm would be a single one for me, but like you said, it could be a series of creshendos. I have had a quite few times where an orgasm began, stopped, and returned with a vengeance a little while later. Wow! Those were great and unexpected discoveries that never happened to me until my early thirties. That is when I understood the term multiorgasmic. Then of course, there are the times when you go for three or four rounds with a partner and if you have three or four orgasms, even thought they are single orgasms, some would call that a multi-orgasmic experience.
