sunnie23 Posted July 29, 2003 Share Posted July 29, 2003 i'm curious.....after reading other messages that refer to the "honeymoon stage" of a relationship, i'm interested in knowing how you can tell when it's over? what stage do you move in then? how can you tell if what you have is for real? i've never made it past the honeymoon stage. i think i'm addicted to all the attention you get. is the amount of attention you get supposed to decline with the passing of the initial stage? This basically means, for example, that you might be leniant with someone if they were to do something that would normally upset you. During the "Honeymoon Stage" you would either laugh it off, or you would simply ignore it. When this stage is over, you will tend to react how you would under any other circumstance. This typically happens, at least for the major relationships I've been in in my life, around the three month mark of dating. Hope that this helps.... Link to post Share on other sites
