Girls: When you notice a guy for the first time...is it the cute face that gets you?

I was guilty of that as well. The thread really did not concern me, but I was curious to some of the answers. Really it was a broad question to ask. Just many ways to make women seem awful if she continued with her grocery list of what she was looking for.

 

Not sure how guys profiles are, but I see this a lot with women. It really shows how shallow they are. We all have our preferences. Quick example: Ask the same simple question but turn the gender over to men. SEE HOW BAD THIS LOOKS:

1) Gorgeous face

2) Blonde hair

3) Blue/ green eyes

4) Thin athletic body w/ flat stomach and NO STRETCH marks.

5) Nice breasts

6) Nice rear

7) Smooth and shapely legs

8) NO KIDS. NO KIDS. NO KIDS

9) High paying job so you can pay some of the way.

10) Nice sweet voice with NO hint of masculine qualities.

11) At least 5ft6

12) Smooth, silky skin

13) Whatever else I decide on as we go along

 

Okay, my point is over. Just pointing out that people are out there that do this sort of thing and honestly someone along the way lied to them and told them they are a princess. Original question should have been kept simple, but it is NOT just one thing you notice about someone it is several.

 

I am off my soapbox and I did hijack the thread. I just think people should stick to what they will accept, but do not be surprised if you do not get exactly what you are looking for.

I'll admit, my friends yell at me for only dating very good looking guys, so perhaps I am a bit shallow? (And no, I am nothing to write home about, btw!).

 

But with all the guys I have dated, they look very different from each other, however they share in common a certain style and similar personalities: very smart, witty, sarcastic, creative. So, I think in addition to superficial things, I am personally attracted to a specific presence.

Brady, so long as you're concerned about whether you're too skinny, too tall, not cute enough, etc., I can assure you that the way you carry yourself will not be attractive to women. Be confident, but not arrogant. Be yourself.

The first thing I tend to notice his face (height is also considered subconciously), by his face I mean his skin, eyes and most importantly his smile. Personality means the most, but if its based purely on looks, his face, physicality (I like men that are in shape but not bulky, swimmers look great to me), also his posture... if he's not standing up straight that tells me something right off the bat. I do honestly believe that people should take good care of themselves, I take care of myself, so when looking at someone I of course look for those qualities as well.

It's the smile that gets me. A beautiful smile that makes their face light up is very very attractive.
