is he interested in me???

I met this guy at a restaurant (he was my waiter), and he seems really nice. He actually stopped working, and hung around my booth until they closed. We both flirted with each other like we were getting paid to do so. Before I left he put his number in my phone, but he walked away, and he didn’t say anything---not even call me.

 

The next day I called him, and we had a great conversation---I love to laugh---he made me laugh consistently. Before we got off the phone he said he would call me Sunday, but the day is almost coming to an end and he hasn't called me yet!!!!

 

Is he interested in me or was he being nice---sometimes I read too much into things---hopefully someone can help me figure things out.

 

(I haven't been interested in boys in a while---too much to deal with---, and for me to feel this way is weird.)
