Going no contact and she contacts what do i do?

Basically I dated this girl for a little we were friends before then friends after but acted like we were still dating. Got in a bad fight. Both of our faults more hers than mine (seriously) I just reacted badly. At first I said were done. Then I cooled off and i texted her and said I will call her the next day (went on vacation day after we got in a fight). I called her the next day and no call back I left a message and was trying to not be serious. I was like geez dont be that mad call me back.. I did that once and said forget it she never called. It has been a week and I did not attempt any contact. today i get a friend request from her on facebook. i deleted her when we broke up a while ago she knew this also. 20 minutes later i get a text saying so are you still out of town? I think she talked to my roomates cause i told them i had to be out of town for 1.5 weeks to get surgery and do some business stuff. I never told her about the surgery but im just curiuos what she wants. Im thinking about two options. contacting her tomorrow and tellin her im doing so and so. or just waiting till i see her out which should be next thursday. gurantee she will come up to me. She knows all i want is to be in a relationship because I am not friends with girls after i have dated them. before is fine but after doesnt work for me.
