mortensorchid
I got a nice stroke to my ego last night. Hadn't had a night like this in years, didn't roll in until 5 am when I had no intention of staying out so late. My friend's band was playing at a local bar, I thought I would head out and have a somewhat early evening. Met up with a bunch of people and we had a very good time. My wingman Mark was joshing me about the thing I have for his bandmate Clark. I barked back "No I don't!", but eventually let my smiles and tee hee laughs at his bedroom eyes betray my defenses. Afterwards I ended up back at a bar, where I run into another aquaitence, Pat. I made mention of the conversation with Mark earlier to Pat, laughing about it. Then Pat's face suddenly darkens. Thinking I had said something wrong, I asked if I had said something to offend him. He said "Clark and I tend to gravitate to the same women." Oh ... The bar was closing, there was talk of a party. Clark asked if I was going, I said ok. Pat said "Follow me". Clark said "NO, I will drive her!". I said "I can just follow someone in the car", but it eventually broke out into a fight between Clark and Pat. Although neither was saying it directly, both were screaming at one another "I saw her first!". I wanted to step in and say "Boys! Boys! You're BOTH pretty!", but I admit I took in a few vain moments thinking "They're fighting over ME, aren't they?!". Eventually I made it to the party following Pat, but the party was a bust. Afterwards we went to Steak N' Shake and we ate burgers and fries. I called him this afternoon and said I hoped he was sleeping it off ok, as we didn't get home until 5 in the morning. Such are the trials and tribulations of being a devistatingly beautiful woman.
daphne
Enjoy it while it lasts. I would be careful to be clear about who you're interested in, however. Otherwise you could miss out on Clark.
