I think this says more about him and the circumstances he finds himself in than it does about the woman.

 

If he is dragging home stray women to do the deed, then yes, he won't have any respect for them after the deed is done. If he is speaking of a woman he dates or with whom he has a relationship, then the problem is within him.

 

Actually in either scenario, the problem ultimately originates from within him.
