I last saw my ex back in March and believe me it was extremely painful. He could hardly contain himself to let me know how much better his life was without me and how he had been going on dates with some great lasses and so much better he was feeling about himself, blah, blah blah... Frankly, I didn't need to hear that. And guess what? I cut off all contact there and then! I have never looked back. My dignity lies intact! Link to post Share on other sites
