hcd03
That depends. What's your weight now? Also what's your height? That would give us a better understanding of what you might look like now and how much 20 kilos would make a difference.

xpaperxcutx
i'm 1.86 or 1.87 i'm not sure and my weight is 62 kilos !! You could start body building, instead of gaining weight, you could try building up on muscles. try eating proteins, wheats, carbs.
hcd03
When you say 1.86 are you refering to meters? Sorry, I'm American and I really only know the feet and pounds. So I'm assuming if you are meaning meters, you're a little over 6 feet? And 62 kilos equals 136 pounds. I'm going to assume you're a guy. If not, I apologize. But anyways, 62 kilos is very low for your height. I think, depending on how you put the weight on, it would bulk up your whole frame a bit more. In a good way. It probably would give your face a fuller look, but nothing pudgy or anything like that. This is assuming you put on muscle weight and not just fat. If you put on just fat, you'll just look a little pudgy but not overly so. So go for the muscle.
hcd03
Then again, if you're a girl, the weight either way probably wouldn't make you look pudgy. Girls gain weight in completely different places than men! It would still probably give you a slightly fuller look in the face, more proportionate to the nose you were talking about. Melrapuo
hi thanks for your answer yes your guess is correct and i'm about 6.2 and i'm a guy but wouldn't 20 kilos of musle a bit too much the doctor told me i have only 2 kilos of fat in my hole body and being that much tall is giving me a weird look thanks again fot your answer I don't know if you've ever seen an episode of Extreme Makeover, but there was a guy who was really scrawny and skinny. In about a weeks time, after eating pretty much anything and everything he wanted (while weight training and exercising regular), the guy had gained between 10 and 20 lbs in muscle weight only! As long as you stick to a plan, you'll gain the amount of muscle you want and/or need. Don't focus so much on the weight of it, but on how you look.
lovestruck818
wow, 6' 136 is really thin... Everyone thinks I'm too thin too...I'm about 5'1 95lbs, but I think I am ok. Everyone puts weight on in different places, so not sure how your face will be affected- for me, I gain weight in my butt & belly. (Face fat is very hard to lose). 20 kilos sounds lik a lot but I think you will look healthy- not overly fat, just healthy. Work out & keep it toned and you will look wonderful! Good luck. CanadaGuy
You could start body building, instead of gaining weight, you could try building up on muscles. try eating proteins, wheats, carbs. Bang on the money!! Build some muscle, start having some fun. Your body will crave nutrition, and proteins will build the muscle. Adding fat is just stupid, so cheescake is not the answer (tastes great, but not the best protein!)
D-Lish
At 6'2.... 170-175 is on the lean side! 136 is too thin. My Bro is 6'5 and 190lbs... He's still lean- all muscle. You do need to put on some weight. I am almost 5'8 and fluctuate between 110-120lbs. For a time, I was down to 105 lbs and strangers used to tell me to eat a sandwich. Go with the protein shakes as well- they'll help. I go through periods where I just have zero appetite- so I'll use the shakes to at least get my nutirents.... You need a weight building formula. Go with what your doc suggests and put in the effort to build some weight.
