Patty Posted August 15, 2003 Share Posted August 15, 2003 Today at work,I got so mad I started feeling built up anger.I dont know how to deal with anger.Just everything has been going wrong lately at work and I dont know how to deal with it.I started making my elbow against something cause I was feeling built up anger.Then I just started crying.When things dont get better my anger builds up.But when Im at work my anxiety builds up too.I went to work this morning feeling sick to my stomach.I think it was nerves. I cant wait to see my therapist this Wednesday.Im going crazy. Whenever this person isnt there at work,Im ok,but when shes there I start getting anxious. Patty Link to post Share on other sites

Author Patty Posted August 16, 2003 Author Share Posted August 16, 2003 Well,Im really afraid to be near her in fear that shes going to make me uncomfortable and afraid she is going to start blaming me for everything like she always does.Shes the type that gets near me on purpose when Im working or has a mean look on her face when ever shes looking over at me,so it really scares me.I dont know what Im doing wrong.My anxiety is making me break down crying all the time at work cause I feel real scared of her.I just am feeling afraid to go in to work cause of the fear I have.
